The scope of the Industrial Control Equipment THC shall consist of the scopes of the following IEC Technical Committees and
Subcommittees (less exclusions): IEC 17B – less switchgear, less circuit breakers, UL 98 type switchgear, disconnect devices;
IEC 17 D – less switchgear (including panel board). Work on general rules for switchgear and control gear should be coordinated as is done in IEC 60947-1.
